Job Description Step into the heart of Masterton, where our 8-surgery practice and compassionate team is dedicated to helping the wider community. We are looking for another dentist to join the team. As a dentist with us, you will have the opportunity to explore your special interests and development opportunities, while working in a friendly environment. Our larger practice is equipped with CBCT/OPG, Soft Tissue Laser, Intraoral cameras, Rotary Endo, Implant Surgical Kits, Trios Scanner and a small in-house lab. Option for Part-time or Full-time, accommodating your schedule. Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm available 40% Commission, excellent earning potential. We are looking for the following attributes: A minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience. Proficiency in (or exposure to - if you are recently qualified) a wide range of dental services to meet the needs of our diverse patient base. The ability to confidently discuss treatment plans with patients, ensuring they understand and feel comfortable. Strong communication skills and approachability. The ability to work harmoniously as part of a close team. To be successful in the role you will need to hold registration with the New Zealand Dental Council (NZDA) as well as a current Annual Practicing Certificate.
