Your day to day InterContinental Wellington is in search of exceptional pastry talent with a keen eye for detail and flair for patisserie. This role offers the chance to broaden your expertise in pastry and baking while working with an outstanding creative team.
Responsibilities will include the following:
Preparing, baking and presenting dishes to delight our guests.Adhering to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements.Working closely with the culinary team to brainstorm and develop innovative menu offerings.Controlling food usage to minimize waste and maintain a clean, safe, and tidy work environment.Having clear communication with staff in various departments, particularly the kitchen and front of house teams.What we need from you We are looking for enthusiastic and professional team players who know how to deliver great service and exceed guest expectations. To be successful you will need:
