Job DescriptionReady for a sizzling career move? You will play a pivotal role in our kitchen working alongside a fantastic team. The food you prepare, cook and serve makes our guests smile and wanting more.
What you will be doing: Working on several orders at onceConstantly keeping the station clean and sanitizedMaking sure their station is properly stocked with food and equipmentAssumes 100% responsibility for quality of output from stationCreating food of the highest quality and to the standardsCommunicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedbackQualificationsThe successful candidate will have:
A commercial cookery qualification with previous experience as a Demi Chef working in a hotel or restaurant environment for at least 2 years post-apprenticeshipExperience providing quality food and presentation of all dishesKnowledge of WHS and food safety policies and proceduresRelevant food preparation and service knowledgeThe ability to work unsupervised with excellent time management skillsUnlimited work rights in AustraliaAbility to have fun!Additional InformationTo work as a part of a team within a remote community requires dynamic flexibility and strong leadership.
