Job Description

Job Summary:
As a Demi Chef de Partie at Raffles Doha, you will play a crucial role in our culinary team, contributing to the high standards of food quality and presentation that Raffles is known for. You will assist the Chef de Partie in managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to perfection and that the kitchen operates efficiently and smoothly.
Key Responsibilities: Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, adhering to recipes and presentation standards, while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.Kitchen Operations: Assist in the daily operations of your assigned kitchen section, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain kitchen operations.Hygiene and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen at all times.Team Collaboration: Work closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure a cohesive team environment and effective communication.Training and Development: Mentor and train junior kitchen staff, fostering their development and ensuring adherence to Raffles' culinary standards. Qualifications

Qualifications: Culinary diploma or equivalent experience.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a fine dining or high-end hotel environment.Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm demeanor.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to high standards.
