Join Oaks Wellington Hotel as our Full time Demi Chef/ Chef De Partie. Part time opportunities are also available.
Work alongside and support kitchen team members Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are servedMaintain stock control and ensure all food and other items are stored properlyDevise new menu items in consultation with Head ChefBe flexible to work a range of different shifts, including weekends.
Qualifications
To be successful you will have:
Certificate III cookery qualificationsPrevious experience in a similar role.Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methodsGood communication skills.Positive, proactive attitude and a passion for cooking.Able to work in Grill/Larder Section Pastry/Bakery experience will a bonus.Able to work flexibly as per the roster in all the operations: Breakfast & Dinner.
