We are excited to expand our presence in New Zealand and look forward to connecting with local talent to drive our mission forward.About The Role:Vidacorp is looking for a skilled and proactive Supply & Demand Planner to join our team and oversee the inventory management for our NZ Demand Planning network. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels and ensuring accurate sales forecasting to maximize business revenue and profitability. You will establish and uphold a robust stock policy while actively communicating with stakeholders about inventory status, sales forecasts, and potential risks. If you are passionate about driving business success through strategic inventory management, we would love to hear from you.Role & Responsibilities:Support and drive the S&OP process and collaboration with the sales and finance teams.Maintain the ongoing 18 months forecast for NZ business, to support the entry, storage, and generation of forecasts.Review historical sales trends and research demand drivers.Develop statistical forecasting models and evaluate forecast results on a weekly and monthly basis.Monitor demand versus forecast on a regular basis to proactively identify issues.Build, maintain, and continually develop the 'sell in' demand plan.Incorporate the latest market intelligence into the demand plan and sell through forecast.In collaboration with the Supply & Inventory teams, communicate stock constraints and demand prioritization to relevant key stakeholders.Contribute to and be a key player in the implementation of a system tool to enhance the Demand Planning process.Lead improvements to demand planning and sales processes.Skills & Experience:Ideally 4+ years in Supply Chain Planning experience in a beauty / FMCG company.Experience working with mass market distribution and retailers.Experience working across a global footprint.Experience in supply / inventory planning for an omni-channel brand.Previous experience of managing large SKU portfolios.Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced and fast growing environment.Exposure to complex supply chain network embracing manufacturing and retail distribution.Ability to build effective and influential relationships in a cross-functional team environment and manage senior stakeholders.Benefits & perks:At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job – we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
