Delivery Supervisor - Westport

As our new Delivery Supervisor, you will be drawing on your connections or knowledge of the local trades to help ensure the delivery of residential maintenance across the West Coast. You will be working alongside Kainga Ora, sub-contractors, customers and internal teams to deliver on a variety of different programs.Key Duties include but not limited to:Scoping of Kainga Ora residential propertiesManaging and coordinating a variety of trades to ensure that work is carried out on time and to a high standardQuality assurance of trades workInvoicing of jobsLiaising with a variety of trades RequirementsResidential maintenance experience or understanding of trade workExperience running multiple projects at once and ensuring they meet the strict deadlines preferableAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with our trades Ability to communicate authentically with our trades, customers, and client to ensure they understand the vision and outcomesProven experience making informed decisions and work autonomously Ability to travel along the West CoastYou will need the ability to adapt and work with in a fast paced, fluid environment while keeping customer experience at the forefront.BenefitsCar provided for work purposesSouthern Cross Medical InsuranceGreat company culture where family matters Focused but fun team environmentEmployee Recognition programGrowth opportunities within our wider group of companiesAbout The CompanySwitched On Group exists to enhance environments for whanau, businesses and communities across Aotearoa.
