This role leads a team of consultants to deliver work on one or multiple projects. This role will be responsible for the overarching solution for the client, potentially in partnership with other solution architects, this role will involve leadership responsibilities and be a leading member of the team in key stakeholder management.Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:Technical and Business ResponsibilitiesLead single or multiple project teams to successfully implement ERP solutionsIdentify and implement new opportunities andsuggestions in functional and technical project areas;Translate requirements created by the business andfunctional analysts into the solution architecture for the solutionthat is scalable, flexible and complies with industry standards.Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their business challenges and align solutions to address them.Project and Corporate ResponsibilitiesBusiness partner with Director / VP level customers solving their ERP challenges;Be the trusted advisor and ''go to'' for solving project challenges when it comes to the delivery of their work or their teams work;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage expertise and ensure high-quality project delivery;Extensive experience with several ISV products;Effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it tobusiness needs. Ability to have an influence and provide directionon ISVs' future releases and provide input;Is on the forefront of new releases from Microsoft and howHSO can use them;Share knowledge and expertise with the team;Be able to learn and embody the HSO IP and lead the teams to deliver using this methodology.Leadership ResponsibilitiesAble to coach/manage colleagues in a project stream on day to day issues and opportunities, and the performance offunctional or technical solution;Adapt your style/conduct to help coach your direct reports and drive positive developmentNurture the career development of others through frequent, targeted feedback, coaching and performance management;Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and foster a positive team culture;Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of MS Dynamics 365 F&O projects;Lives company values and leads by example;Foster a positive team culture and promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.Sales and Business DevelopmentInterfaces with prospects in a pre-sales capacity including demo prepwith Sales;Develops and participates in web presentations;Ability to assist in pre-sales activities and to write strongproposals and responses to RFPs and is a major contributor tothe responses for Request for Proposals (RFP's);Participates in project evaluation and scoping;Support the Sales function in identifying new leads and opportunities within existing and new clients;Assist in identifying potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on clients' evolving needs.RequirementsA University degree, preferably in a related field.At least 7 to 10+ years of ERP consulting experience – Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or earlier versions of Dynamics AX.1-2 years experience in people managementExperience of at least 6 large international end-to-end ERP implementations.You have an affinity with technology, and you possess strong analytical skills.Build strong relationships with ISV partners.Cost model development and effort estimation.Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
