This role leads a team of consultants to deliver work on one or multiple projects. This role will be responsible for the overarching solution for the client, potentially in partnership with other solution architects. This role will involve leadership responsibilities and be a leading member of the team in key stakeholder management.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Technical and Business ResponsibilitiesLead single or multiple project teams to successfully implement ERP solutions.Identify and implement new opportunities and suggestions in functional and technical project areas.Translate requirements created by the business and functional analysts into the solution architecture for the solution that is scalable, flexible, and complies with industry standards.Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their business challenges, and align solutions to address them.Project and Corporate ResponsibilitiesBusiness partner with Director / VP level customers solving their ERP challenges.Be the trusted advisor and 'go to' for solving project challenges when it comes to the delivery of their work or their teams' work.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage expertise and ensure high-quality project delivery.Extensive experience with several ISV products.Effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs. Ability to influence and provide direction on ISVs' future releases and provide input.Stay on the forefront of new releases from Microsoft and how HSO can use them.Share knowledge and expertise with the team.Learn and embody the HSO IP and lead the teams to deliver using this methodology.Leadership ResponsibilitiesAble to coach/manage colleagues in a project stream on day-to-day issues and opportunities, and the performance of functional or technical solutions.Adapt your style/conduct to help coach your direct reports and drive positive development.Nurture the career development of others through frequent, targeted feedback, coaching, and performance management.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and foster a positive team culture.Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of MS Dynamics 365 F&O projects.Live company values and lead by example.Foster a positive team culture and promote knowledge sharing and collaboration.Sales and Business DevelopmentInterface with prospects in a pre-sales capacity including demo prep with Sales.Develop and participate in web presentations.Assist in pre-sales activities and write strong proposals and responses to RFPs; be a major contributor to the responses for Request for Proposals (RFPs).Participate in project evaluation and scoping.Support the Sales function in identifying new leads and opportunities within existing and new clients.Assist in identifying potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on clients' evolving needs.RequirementsA University degree, preferably in a related field.At least 7 to 10+ years of ERP consulting experience – Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or earlier versions of Dynamics AX.1-2 years experience in people management.Experience of at least 6 large international end-to-end ERP implementations.You have an affinity with technology and possess strong analytical skills.Build strong relationships with ISV partners.Cost model development and effort estimation.Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
