About the role This important position involves ensuring excellent project delivery, managing client and contractor relationships, and possessing extensive construction and technical expertise. Working closely with our Studio Leaders, the role will provide specialised knowledge and support to the broader team, focusing on successful project execution.
Key responsibilities include: Leading the delivery and outcomes of key projects to ensure excellence in project delivery. Overseeing all aspects of project management to ensure timelines and expectations are met. Manage construction and contract observation with attention to detail. Developing and maintaining strong client and contractor relationships. Actively engaging with Jasmax's cultural, social, and sustainability agenda, and proactively assisting Jasmax in achieving those goals and objectives. What you will bring A registered architect with a technical background and an appreciation for design. 10 years of post-graduate experience with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered large-scale projects. Experience in delivering large projects on site. A collaborative and communicative leader, capable of resolving problems and making decisions that benefit Jasmax and our clients. Proficient in producing quality documentation, skilled in Revit, and possessing a solid understanding of the NZ Building Code. Capable of establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with both internal and external parties.
