Full timeNew World Albany is looking for a Deli Manager to join our awesome team.Tuesday- Saturday (Hours to be discussed with successful candidate)Key Responsibilities:Plan, control and lead the day-to-day running of the department.Ensure the availability and selection of high-quality deli foods to satisfy customer demands.Ensure the department meets both financial and operational targets.Learning and development of team – training & developing great people.Manage team members to ensure service and productivity levels are maintained.To be considered for this role you will have:Previous experience with food and people management required.A flair for food presentation, great with people management, well organized with good computer skills, and have a high level of customer service.Experience working in a supermarket setting, preferably Deli, or similar department.Experience with SAP knowledge.Strong people focus and able to lead and supervise, work well with others.If you are looking for an opportunity to be a key part of a team that is enthusiastic about what they do and focuses on providing great service to their customers, then look no further.
