As Service Deli/Seafood Manager, you will need to show that you have the following skills and attributes:

Experience in the food/retail industry
A passion for delivering the best customer service experience.
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Courage to promote your products to your customers in innovative ways.
Previous background in managing/supervising teams is preferred
Good computer skills; SAP experience would be an advantage.
A positive "lead by example" attitude.
Drive to grow sales and quality.

In this role, you'll gain experience similar to running your own business and with the challenge of creating an outstanding team that will deliver growth and customer satisfaction.
If successful, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all facets of the day-to-day operations of the Department and ensuring staff are well trained to provide the best overall shopping experience for their customers.
This position is full time and may include a weekend shift.
