Key areas of responsibility include: Lead a team of advocacy advisors, debt solution & credit specialists. Develop and strengthen strategic sector relationships, including participating in sector initiatives. Manage the efficiency and effectiveness of disputes resolution process. Ensure up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of current and future Consumer Finance Legislation. Provide leadership and contribute to the financial mentor community. About you You are eager to bring your professionalism and expertise to make a significant impact on families facing financial chaos in Aotearoa. As a strategic problem-solver, you are committed to your growth and dedicated to enabling transformation in others. Your qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, expertise in the financial capability sector, strong negotiation skills, and experience in managing budgets and resources.

You are dedicated to utilising your skills and expertise to act in the best interest of the Kaupapa/purpose and the individuals you serve. You have excellent relationship-building and people skills, with a proven track record of growing a team.
