We seek individuals with high energy, a desire to learn, and a passion for infrastructure's impact on New Zealanders. As an Associate Director/Director, you'll:
Perform and lead commercial and financial analysis on infrastructure projects.
Provide high-quality commercial advice to clients.
Deliver high-quality written and presentation materials.
Lead project teams, coaching and developing staff.
Build relationships, find new business opportunities, and support client proposals.
Contribute to the team's growth objectives.
Develop knowledge through research, staying current with industry guidance and training.

We're looking for candidates with:
A tertiary qualification in finance or relevant discipline.
Experience with major infrastructure projects in a senior advisory or delivery role.
Experience producing high-quality reports.
A strong work ethic, self-motivated, and confident approach.
Exceptional verbal and written communication.
A team-focused style with proven experience in mentoring and inspiring team members.
An analytical and critical thinker, able to establish effective solutions collaboratively.
