About the Role:As a Dealership Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our Christchurch dealership's administrative operations. You'll provide support with ad hoc administration tasks, assist in data entry, and help manage various dealership processes. This position offers a great opportunity to work closely with multiple teams across the dealership, making sure that tasks are completed efficiently and professionally.This position is part-time and fixed term for a period of 6 months. Working hours each day are flexible between 8am to 5pm; you can work school hours or tell us what suits you!Key responsibilities will include:Provide administrative support to the Dealership Administration teamHandle data entry and processing tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.Work across various dealership teams, helping with ad hoc tasks and ensuring smooth daily operations.To be successful you will have:Strong data entry skills with an eye for accuracy.Ability to learn new systems and software quickly.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.Previous experience in administration, preferably in a dealership or similar environment, is a plus but not essential.About UsNorwood is a leading New Zealand agricultural and construction machinery provider, operating an extensive nationwide dealership network.
