As a Dispatch Coordinator you will help manage the logistics processes, overseeing schedules, and ensuring the accuracy of dispatches.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
The successful applicant will:
Ensure outgoing freight is manifested correctly
Check inbound deliveries from key outside carriers
Coordinate deliveries with the team and key outside carriers
Manifest and track freight from being dispatched to being delivered
Train the team on new/updated processes as required
Occasionally load & unload the key carriers - sort pallets as required
Ideal applicant will have:
Minimum of 2 years experience working in logistics or transport
Previous administration experience and an understanding of freight tracking & dispatching
A current forklift OSH or counterbalance MHE certification
Driven and able to provide exceptional customer service
Intermediate level of experience using Microsoft Suite
Prior experience using TMS or WMS systems
