Day/Night Manager

We are looking for two suitable Day/Night Managers for our Wellington store – you will be solely managing the store during your shift (Rostered on a 24 Hour shift) with other staff reporting to and supporting you in your role.
You will need to have an excellent work ethic and will be prepared to have some early mornings and late nights.
Ideally, you will be able to use your knowledge, skills and experience to research new ideas about how we can grow and expand our business.
You will have sole responsibility for running the operations of the store.
Daily Tasks Involved in the Role: Dealing with suppliers Hiring, training and supervision of staff Providing excellent customer service Marketing and promoting the store Maintaining quality standards Budgeting Ordering and maintaining stock Creating policies for the store We are looking for a mature staff member who is able to work on their own without any supervision and minimal training.
They must be able to communicate to a diverse range of people and maintain professional customer service in any circumstance.
As you will need to manage the operations of the store on your own, we require the candidate to demonstrate that they will be able to successfully fill this position.
A Diploma level qualification in business/management/retail or enough work experience to enable you to complete the tasks of the role is required.
Due to the nature of the position, you may be subject to drug testing prior to the provision of an Offer of Employment.
You must also be able to pass a police check if needed as you will be responsible for the financial management of the store as well as stock management.
Each role is guaranteed at least 30 hours a week.
The minimum pay rate we are willing to offer is $30 and the maximum pay rate is $35.
