About the Organisation Our client operates a national association of clubs, volunteers and administrators that support their work.
Their national office in Seaview provides finance, legal, business administration and IT support to members across more than 70 locations nationwide.
About the Role We're looking for a junior Data Administrator to manage a cloud-based membership database using Dynamics 365 CRM.
As the Data Administrator, you'll maintain accurate, reliable, and secure data across both CRM and SharePoint systems, enabling informed decision-making within the team.
Responsibilities include data analysis, reporting and delivering user training.
You'll also ensure database security, provide support to clubs and administrators and conduct internal training for new staff.
Beyond data management, you'll oversee SharePoint support and handle a range of IT administration tasks, including employee onboarding, website updates, and collaborating with external IT providers to ensure seamless system operations.
Key Responsibilities: CRM and SharePoint Management: oversee key data systems to ensure data integrity, privacy, and smooth functionality.Data Insights and Reporting: provide insights that support team decision-making with accurate, timely data.User Training and Support: support colleagues with training of how to use CRM and SharePoint systems effectively.IT Administration: manage essential IT tasks, including onboarding, content updates and coordinating with IT partners.
About You: To ensure you're set up for success in this role, you will ideally have: Experience with Dynamics 365 (Cloud preferred), SharePoint and Microsoft 365 apps.A background in Information Systems or relevant experience.Solid understanding of data management, privacy and reporting.Strong organisational skills, adaptability and attention to detail.Please note: only applicants with the legal right to work in New Zealand will be considered for this role.
