You will play a critical role in driving the business group's performance culture by providing illuminating reporting and analysis.
Your work will support performance reporting and management, business planning, business improvement, and ongoing efforts to ensure we operate efficiently and effectively as we work to achieve our strategic objectives and positive transport outcomes for New Zealand.
Ko koe tenei - About you To be successful in this role, you will bring: Experience implementing data best practices including data visualisation, maintenance, accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Ability to translate data into business insight and management choices for decision-making.
Expertise in using Microsoft Power BI or similar toolset to develop compelling data visualisations.
Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail, with the ability to support strategic objectives.
Ability to deliver reporting and analysis that brings the data to life, surfacing priority issues that impact performance.
Effective stakeholder engagement and management skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Relevant experience in complex organisations in planning, work scheduling, and workflow management.
