Due to our rapid growth we are seeking a Power BI Specialist who excels at managing commercial reporting data and information, to assist us with driving the commercial success of the KGR Group by taking our business intelligence capabilities to the next level. This newly created position will have the responsibility for collecting, analysing and translating data into actionable insights that drive our strategic decision making and enhance our overall performance. You will have a blank canvas to create visualisations and reports from scratch to deliver well-informed data driven recommendations. Your tasks will include the following: Collect and compile data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets and external data providers Clean and process data to ensure accuracy and consistency, resolving any data quality issues Create compelling data visualisations, charts and dashboards to effectively communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders Utilise BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau to build and maintain data dashboards Generate regular reports and ad-hoc reports as requested by management or other departments Collaborate with business units and departments to understand their data needs and help them make data-informed decisions Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging technologies and trends in data analysis and recommend improvements in data management and analysis processes. To be successful in this role you will have: Experience as Data Administrator, Analyst and/or Reporter A great understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and architecture Expertise in data analysis tools and languages including SQL and BI Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and presenting skills, including the ability to ask the right questions and correctly understand the information received A tertiary qualification is beneficial but not mandatory This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and add real value to our diverse operations.
