Our Arts programme has been hugely successful in 2024 and we are seeing a rise in the number of students choosing to take dance and drama at Hauraki Plains College.
We are looking for a full or part time teacher who is able to teach dance and/or drama. A commitment to co-curricular activities in dance/drama is also expected. Please state other teaching strengths - we are also on the lookout for teachers of Y9 and 10 English and social science - so a willingness and ability to teach across the curriculum is also appreciated.
Our school promotes and enjoys a collaborative and supportive culture where we are committed to 'Excellence is Our Tradition'. We are undertaking professional development of all staff with a particular focus on school wide literacy for 2025.
This is a permanent position with a start date of the 22nd of January 2025. We are open to discussing part time and full time positions with suitable candidates.
