Our client, a Microsoft Gold Partner, is seeking a Practice Manager with strong experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to lead their practice based in Auckland.The successful Practice Manager will be responsible for leading and managing their consulting and development, managing the ongoing relationship with our customers, and promoting the expansion of the D365 F&O platform with their customers.Role and Responsibilities:Manage the organisational structure of the F&O practice, driving practice initiatives and supporting growth of the practice.Work closely with the F&O pillar leader to set and drive practice direction.Provide the practice with direction and leadership focused on continuous improvement and new initiatives that support direction and practice growth.Support the sales executives with pre-sales engagement, providing implementation guidance and thought leadership.Support the consulting manager and team leads with leadership, guidance, and mentoring to ensure they have the platform that enables them to do their jobs well.Provide expert advice and thought leadership to customers in both pre and post-sales engagements; provide professional presentations on solution approach and leading practices.Actively engage with customer sponsors in governance meetings, providing risk mitigation and expert advice to support customer objectives.Work closely with customers to ensure expectations are being met, and escalated issues resolved amicably.Lead and manage product development initiatives, working with the relevant technical leads and architects to design and implement new and innovative products and solutions.Skills Required:5 years in a leadership, people management position.5-8 years minimum in a similar client-facing role.5-8 years minimum in a technical support and/or software implementation type role.Excellent customer service skills.The ability to provide great service to large enterprise/corporate clients.The ability to communicate effectively at all levels.A relevant tertiary qualification preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
