We are seeking a talented D365 Finance Support Consultant to join our team at HSO. As a leading member of the Microsoft Dynamics Inner Circle, HSO specializes in sectors such as Retail, Manufacturing, Professional Services, Financial Services, and Local Government.As a D365 Finance Support Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering application support services to our customers and operational processes. You will work closely with the Managed Services, customers, and project teams assisting them in resolving issues as well as designing enhancements for their D365 solutions.We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and customer interaction skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a self-motivated mindset. Join HSO and be part of our success and ambition!Day to Day Responsibilities:Technical Skills & Knowledge:Take responsibility for support cases logged by our customers and work with them to resolve the cases efficiently.Guide customers on new functionality and how this could help with their pain points.Ensure adoption through timely key-user engagement and user-friendly design.Continue to develop expertise in D365 F&O.Personal & Corporate Contributions:Document project experiences, insights, and lessons learned and recommending continuous improvement of project methodologies and delivery processes.Stay informed of emerging trends and becoming regarded as an expert in at least one F&O domain through contributions to HSO's knowledge bank.Collaborate with colleagues and clients and navigate ambiguity to ensure successful delivery.Showcase IP product knowledge and provide input and direction for future releases of HSO IP products.People & Culture Responsibilities:Support the development of others through knowledge transfer and coaching of junior consultants in a project context.Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team culture.Transfer accountability for specific tasks, responsibilities, and deliverables to junior colleagues.Commercial & Business Acumen:Assist in identifying opportunities to expand the scope of engagements by understanding clients' business needs.Participate in RFPs through advising on project estimations, scoping, and making recommendations for final roadmap and solution.Prepare and facilitate and/or support Sales by providing technical expertise during the pre-sales process.
