About The Role We are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team at Les Mills International. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide expert guidance and become a trusted advisor to the Les Mills Finance teams across the globe. This opportunity offers the right candidate the chance to work closely with the Finance members and the Digital teams at Les Mills, acting as the expert on all things D365 Finance.Responsibilities:Perform day-to-day support across Finance core systems by troubleshooting and facilitating solutions to end-user issues.Design, configure, and customize D365 (FinOps) to meet the changing needs of Finance and Digital initiatives.Work closely with stakeholders to provide guidance and expert advice on best practices in the use of D365 (FinOps).Collaborate with Technology Vendors to support and enhance the D365 (FinOps) Platform and other Finance core products.Perform testing support on the D365 (FinOps) Platform and other Finance core products to meet the changing needs of Finance and Digital initiatives.Ensure successful delivery of projects relating to D365 (FinOps).Conduct business requirement elicitation to capture the needs of the Finance teams through a strong understanding of financial processes and practices.Create comprehensive Solution Design artifacts that bridge business requirements with technical solutions.Conduct training sessions with end users on new features and functionality.Ensure all D365 (FinOps) solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining data integrity and security within the system.Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and user guides.You will ideally need experience in the following:5+ years of hands-on experience with D365 (FinOps) with deep functional expertise in Finance modules.Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices.Proficiency in business process mapping and reengineering.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and convey technical solutions in simple language.Certification in Dynamics 365 Finance is a plus.About Les Mills International: At Les Mills, unlocking and amplifying that inner drive to achieve our goals is something we're not shy to say we're great at.
