Our Customer Verification team is growing, and we are looking for our next high achieving Analyst to join the team.
Supported by an experienced team you will develop your knowledge in AEOI and FATCA.
AEOI (Automatic Exchange of Information) is one the fastest growing industry skill sets in New Zealand, so it is a fantastic area to get into.
FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) is a more mature version of our younger AEOI sibling.
As one of our Customer Verification Analysts, your main responsibility will be ensuring that we adhere to our responsibilities under the AEOI and FATCA standards.
You will take ownership of the processes for capturing and storing customer tax verification documents, delivering customer due-diligence functions, reporting on the relevant data, and providing a great customer experience.

At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and learn new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following: Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Previous banking or financial knowledge is beneficial.
Strong communication and contact centre experience is preferred.
Initiative and commitment to managing your own work portfolio.
This role will suit someone with some banking experience in either a contact centre or branch environment looking to grow their banking career or a process driven administrator looking to pursue a career in banking.
