As a part-time Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home. This position requires a driven and resilient individual who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. ### Responsibilities: - **Customer Interaction:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and concise manner. - **Problem Resolution:** Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly by providing effective solutions and guidance, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - **Product Knowledge:** Maintain an up-to-date understanding of ADP's products, services, and industry trends to provide informed support to clients. - **Documentation:** Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system, tracking issues, results, and resolutions for future reference. - **Escalation Management:** Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while maintaining effective communication with customers throughout the resolution process. - **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and technical support, to relay customer feedback and enhance product offerings. - **Continuous Improvement:** Seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency. Contribute to team meetings with suggestions for enhancing the customer experience. - **Training Support:** Assist in onboarding and training new team members by sharing best practices and knowledge of customer support tools and techniques. ### Requirements: - **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of customer support experience in a professional environment. - **Education:** A relevant degree or qualification in business, communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. - **Personality Traits:** - **Driven:** A self-starter who is proactive in identifying customer needs and exceeding expectations. - **Resilient:** Able to cope with challenges and maintain a positive attitude when dealing with difficult situations. - **Soft Skills:** - **Adaptability:** Comfort with change and the ability to quickly adjust to evolving customer needs and company policies. - **Negotiation:** Strong negotiation skills to effectively resolve disputes and reach mutually beneficial outcomes for both the customer and the company. - **Technical Skills:** Proficient in the use of customer support software and CRM systems.
