Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Southern in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent, passionate, and possess excellent time management and persuasion skills.
Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer satisfaction
Meet and exceed customer support metrics and goals
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
Independent and passionate about providing excellent customer service
Strong time management and persuasion skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
