Job Description: SpartanNash, a leading grocery distributor and retailer based in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ, is seeking a passionate and adaptable Customer Support Representative to join our team.
This full-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Utilize critical thinking skills to identify and solve complex customer problems.
Manage time effectively to meet productivity goals and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements: Passion for helping customers and delivering exceptional service.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle pressure with grace.
Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Customer support experience preferred but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
