Niagara Sawmilling is looking for a dedicated Customer Support team member to join our team for a 12-month parental leave cover period with the possibility of extension to support increased workload.
This role plays an active role in supporting our production and sales teams with logistics and customer relations.
The Niagara office is based in Kennington just 10 minutes from Invercargill central.
As a member of our Customer Support team, you will be the point of contact for all Australian and American order updates and all logistical inquiries.
You will also coordinate export containers arrangements and complete all export documentation.
We're looking for someone who is dedicated to delivering exceptional service, organized, and able to successfully balance multiple tasks in a busy environment.
You will collaborate with both the sales and production teams.
Previous experience in an office setting is essential.What you will need: A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
A willingness to learn new tasks quickly and take initiative.
While experience with ProDoc is a bonus, it's not required.
Prior work experience demonstrating reliability and consistency.
Confidence with Excel, including basic formulas and organizing data.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing time-sensitive tasks related to logistics and documentation.
Clear and effective communication skills, both with customers and your team.
