Job Description: Nationwide is seeking a Customer Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis with the flexibility to work remotely.
As an Entry Level position, no prior work experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin their career in customer support.
The ideal candidate will be independent, motivated, and possess strong analytical and project management skills.
Responsibilities:1.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2.
Provide assistance and support to customers regarding product information, account inquiries, and issue resolution.3.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.4.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.5.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas for enhancing the customer experience.6.
Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.7.
Adhere to company guidelines and procedures for handling customer inquiries and complaints.
Requirements:1.
High school diploma or equivalent.2.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.3.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.4.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.5.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.6.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.7.
Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills.8.
Availability to work scheduled shifts.
