Customer Support Officer

Job Description: Kroger is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Support Officer to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 3. Providing product information and assistance to customers. 4. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges. 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. 6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Identifying opportunities to upsell products or services to customers. 8. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer support processes. Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5.
