Right now we have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Customer Support Officer working 40 hours per week but flexible between the Call Centre team in Cambridge (3 days per week) as well as our Frontline teams in both the Cambridge and Te Awamutu offices (2 days per week). The main idea behind this role is to build in greater resilience for our customers, and would suit a team player keen to play an active role in supporting the whole Customer Support team across Council. This is a fixed-term role until the end of 1 November 2024.
