Customer Service / Office Assistant Role – Fashion HQ Parnell  Come and join our fun and busy team in Parnell, Auckland working with one of Australasia's leading fashion brands. A varied customer support/sales admin role that you can thrive in! Great staff discounts, so if you love fashion and customer service this is the dream role for you. Hours: 8.30am to 5.00pm  Parking: Yes  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide exceptional customer service support via phone, email + social media, ideally you will have 2+ years' experience, or show exceptional capability in similar areas . Resolve inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.Adapt to the evolving needs of the business and our customers, providing support and solutions in a fast-paced environment.Manage product listings, pricing and promotions via our in-house B2B ordering system, Brandscope (training provided).
