Job Description:

CBS is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Wellington, New Zealand. As a mid-to-senior level position, we require a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement customer support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve processes and procedures.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Proven experience in a customer support management role, preferably in a remote work environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead a team and interact with customers.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Proficiency in customer support software and tools.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
