Job Description: Dawn Aerospace, a cutting-edge aerospace company based in Wellington, NZ, is currently seeking a talented and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team. This is a full-time remote position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and effectively. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement. Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to track departmental goals and objectives. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and retention efforts. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance customer support strategies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Proven experience in a customer support or client-facing role, with a minimum of 6 years of experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in project management and planning. Adaptability and motivation to excel in a remote work setting. Experience in the aerospace industry is preferred but not required. Knowledge of CRM software and other customer support tools.
