Job Description: Boston Scientific is seeking a motivated and independent Customer Support Manager to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Support Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the customer support team to ensure high-quality service delivery. 2. Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve customer experience. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Train and mentor customer support staff to enhance their skills and performance. 7. Analyze customer support data and generate reports for management review. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Experience managing a team is preferred.
