Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Support person to help guide their team to success! This is a varied position - no two days are the same and the tasks vary day to day and week to week.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing orders and credit notes
Contributing to business growth and actively participating in team activities
Achieving and exceeding sales budgets to your assigned customer base
Building relationships with key customers
Providing guidance and support to the team
You will have:
Background in Customer Support or sales support/coordinator positions or similar
Knowledge and interest in the Construction or building industry
Great phone manner
