Job Description: C.H. Robinson Worldwide is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a full-time remote position ideal for entry-level professionals with at least 1 year of experience. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers by providing exceptional service and support. Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up - Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution - Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and growth - Monitor customer accounts and proactively address any potential issues - Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights Requirements: - Independent and resourceful with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Experience in customer service or account management is a plus Benefits: - Disability insurance - Travel and spending expenses - Paid sick leave Working Environment: At C.H.
