Job Description: CBRE Group is seeking a dedicated and driven Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ.
This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.
As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
2.
Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
3.
Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns.
4.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
5.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
6.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
7.
Prioritize understanding and empathy in all interactions with customers.
Requirements: 1.
Strong dedication to providing excellent customer service.
2.
Drive to exceed customer expectations and achieve customer satisfaction.
3.
Ability to manage people effectively and demonstrate emotional intelligence.
4.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5.
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
6.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7.
High school diploma or equivalent.
