With ongoing success and an increasing number of new customers, we are looking to hire you - a relationship-driven superstar who can consistently improve our customers' journey.Job DescriptionAs the Customer Success Specialist, you will serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries regarding services, products, and installations.
Operating both in the warehouse and out on farm, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' satisfaction, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.Your key responsibility will be to understand our clients' needs and challenges post-sale, and to proactively address them.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of our services, installation of our product, and to identify areas for improvement.As a member of a remote team, you must communicate effectively with your colleagues, feel comfortable raising issues or questions, and offer insights.QualificationsWe're after someone who is persistent when it comes to troubleshooting, who is passionate about knowing every facet of our product, and gets a huge kick out of providing exceptional customer care.
