About the Role To play a key part in our growth and expansion, we are seeking results-driven Customer Success Specialists to join our high performing Sales team in Auckland Central. The focus will be to grow and support existing accounts. Key responsibilities include: Provide responsive assistance on commercial queries Inform and educate customers about products and features Upsell/cross-sell new services to existing customers Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams Regularly report on key accomplishments and monitor key metrics to identify areas for improvement About You The role will suit entry-level candidates and recent graduates who share an interest in the Payment/ Finance Technology sector. You will be enthusiastic about representing a high-growth and market leading organisation and will be motivated to achieve goals. You will also have: Excellent written and verbal communications skills Organisational skills and flexibility to both manage field sales and working with the internal team Good communication and relationship-building skills to build trust and connection Intermediate level knowledge with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, CRM, PowerPoint) Awareness of the payments industry and trends would be beneficial Windcave is an Equal Opportunity Employer and committed to building a diverse workforce.
