About the Role To play a key part in our growth and expansion, we are seeking results-driven Customer Success Specialists to join our high performing Sales team in Auckland Central. The focus will be to grow and support existing accounts. Key responsibilities include: Provide responsive assistance on commercial queries Inform and educate customers about products and features Upsell/cross-sell new services to existing customers Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams Regularly report on key accomplishments and monitor key metrics to identify areas for improvement About You The role will suit entry-level candidates and recent graduates who share an interest in the Payment/ Finance Technology sector. You will be enthusiastic about representing a high-growth and market leading organisation and will be motivated to achieve goals.
