Ensuring our customers are comfortable using the Figured App and getting the most out of the platform Helping raise the bar with the team through a range of projects to enhance our tools, processes and communications Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to explore new possibilities for our product, based on customer feedback Build upon our new customer learning platform, to ensure customers have ready access to the tools they need What are we looking for; Qualification or experience in Accounting/Bookkeeping would be great (but not essential) - 90% of your customer interactions are with qualified accountants We don't expect you to be a farmer, but a passion, interest or knowledge of the agri industry will stand you in good stead Curiosity, a knack for problem-solving and determination to solve curly questions Humour, we take the work seriously, but not ourselves Outstanding communication, strong organisational and presentation skills alongside a proven record of building lasting relationships.
