Customer Success Representative

Job Description: We are seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our team at J.C. Penney in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ.
As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.
This is a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to customers Requirements: - Adaptability and independence to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office - High school diploma or equivalent Benefits: - Visa sponsorship for eligible candidates - Employee discounts on J.C.
