We are seeking a **Customer Success Representative** to join our passionate team in Auckland.
This is an entry-level position suited for someone eager to start their career in customer service, demonstrating a commitment to fostering positive customer experiences, while aligning their work with a greater purpose.
### **Key Responsibilities:** - **Customer Engagement:** Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various channels (email, phone, live chat, etc.
), providing accurate information about our products, services, and processes.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns by researching and analyzing product and service information.
Collaborate with other teams when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- **Account Management:** Assist customers with account setup, management, and updates.
Ensure that all customer information is accurately recorded and maintained within our systems.
- **Post-Sale Support:** Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction, address any ongoing concerns, and provide additional product or service information as needed.
- **Customer Feedback Collection:** Conduct outreach to gather customer feedback regarding their experiences and satisfaction levels, and report findings to management to facilitate continuous improvement.
- **Training and Onboarding:** Assist in onboarding new customers, guiding them through the functionalities of our tools and services to maximize their usage and satisfaction.
- **Documentation:** Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting any recurring issues or trends and providing feedback to management for resolution.
- **Collaboration:** Work alongside cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a unified approach to customer success.
### **Requirements:** #### **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or certifications in customer service or communication is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is beneficial but not essential.
