**Job Overview:** As a Customer Success Representative, you will be the friendly voice of Kathmandu Holdings, engaging directly with our customers to ensure they receive the highest quality service.
Your role will be to enhance customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products.
This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are resourceful and confident, with a passion for customer care.
**Key Responsibilities:** - **Customer Engagement:** - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Foster positive relationships with customers to ensure their loyalty to Kathmandu Holdings.
- **Issue Resolution:** - Address customer complaints and issues, striving for timely resolutions while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems and improve the customer experience.
- **Product Knowledge:** - Maintain thorough knowledge of Kathmandu's product lines and company policies to provide accurate information and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date on new product launches, promotions, and best practices in customer service.
- **Feedback Collection:** - Gather customer feedback through surveys and direct conversations to identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate actionable insights to management to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
- **Team Collaboration:** - Work closely with the Customer Success team to share knowledge, resources, and experiences that contribute to collective success.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance personal and professional development.
- **Administrative Tasks:** - Update customer information in the database to ensure accurate records.
- Assist with sales processes and administrative tasks as needed.
**Requirements:** - **Education:** - High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework in business or customer service is a plus.
- **Experience:** - No prior experience is required, but any customer service or retail experience will be beneficial.
- **Personality Traits:** - Resourceful: Ability to think creatively and find effective solutions to challenges.
- Confident: Display assurance in interactions with customers and team members, fostering a positive environment.
- **Soft Skills:** - Presentation: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and engagingly.
