Job Description: J.P. Morgan Chase is seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ.
As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
We are looking for a driven and resilient individual who possesses strong project management skills and the ability to cooperate effectively with team members.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and execute customer success initiatives - Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth - Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and feedback - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and upsell opportunities - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their needs and address any issues that may arise Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 4+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Experience in the financial services industry is a plus Benefits: - Free food - Employee discounts - Vision insurance Working Environment: At J.P.
