Job Description: Dover is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Success Officer to join our team in Auckland, NZ.
As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers by providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with our company.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals - Provide proactive support and guidance to customers to help them achieve success with our products and services - Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for improvement and growth - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution - Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and expansion - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement - Assist with onboarding new customers and providing training and resources as needed Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Benefits: - Joining Bonus - Visa sponsorship for eligible candidates - Dental insurance - Opportunities for professional development and growth Working Environment: At Dover, we encourage a spirit of exploration and taking calculated risks for growth.
