Job Description: SLI Systems is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ.
This is a part-time remote work position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer success or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of key customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and issues- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention- Onboard new customers, providing training and support to help them maximize the value of our products and services- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to drive customer success initiatives and ensure seamless customer experiences- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and expansion within existing customer accounts- Proactively identify and address potential risks or issues that may impact customer satisfaction Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- Proven track record of 8+ years in customer success, account management, or a similar role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans- Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools- Independent and hardworking personality traits- Strong analytical and strategic planning soft skills Benefits:- Paid sick leave- Visa sponsorship for eligible candidates- Employee discounts on company products and services Working Environment:At SLI Systems, we embrace a culture that challenges norms and encourages bold thinking.
