Our Digital Services team is currently seeking a Customer Success Manager to be based in Auckland, New Zealand. This newly created position will see you playing a lead role with an established customer base within a section of our business that is experiencing an exciting time of sustained growth within a market that is full of opportunity, including Data Centres, critical power, and cooling lifecycle services.

Play a lead role within the New Zealand market as you oversee a growing customer market and act as a key point of contact.Execute business strategy as you operate with purpose to support ongoing growth and other potential expansion opportunities.Act as a leader when it comes to data and digital, ensuring customer requirements are delivered with a team approach that delivers service excellence.Focus on market-leading products and enjoy opportunities to get involved in marketing activity.Utilise a variety of cutting-edge technologies and related digital tools to enable your success.Our ideal candidate will possess:
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing (or similar discipline) and previous experience in a similar senior position (Customer Success, Account Management, or related).Strong customer-driven background and a proven ability to achieve tangible growth.Proven ability to collaborate with varied stakeholder groups and strong commercial acumen.A growth mindset, well-developed digital skills, and a technical aptitude.Well-developed interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to negotiate outcomes.The Perks:
