Account & Relationship Management (Sales) At Lodestone Energy we're harnessing the sun's energy to power New Zealand's zero carbon future.
Through the building and operating of grid-scale solar farms backed by innovative supply arrangements for our customers we are leading the solar revolution across Aotearoa.
We are a meaningful, successful New Zealand company challenging the norm with our unique product offerings and the way we build and operate renewable energy assets for the benefit of our customers and communities.
As we continue to develop our portfolio of solar farms customers are key to our success.
Our first solar farms in Kaitaia and Edgecumbe are operational with another under construction and due for completion this year.
Four more are planned to get the green light over the next six months and a large portfolio of further sites are in the pipeline.
We are also quickly developing innovative and market-leading supply arrangements to meet the demands of commercial and industrial customers.
About the Role As our Customer Success Lead , you will play a critical role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our existing customers.
You'll be responsible for managing customer relationships, understanding their needs, and identifying growth opportunities.
You will develop and maintain customer reports, calculate and issue annual price changes, and navigate complex market environments to drive customer success.
Simply put you'll love working with customers and be great with data and reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations and provide solutions.
Regular check-ins and reviews with customers.
Reporting & Analysis Create and maintain detailed reports for customers, offering insights into their energy usage and opportunities for improvement.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Provide customers with actionable recommendations based on data analysis and market insights.
Calculate and issue annual price changes.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop pricing.
Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the existing customer base.
Manage and interpret large data sets related to customer performance, market conditions, and pricing.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments that may impact customers.
What You'll Bring: A passion for customer engagement and sustainability.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret large data sets.
Great skills in Power BI & data analysis tools.
Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
Ability to understand complex markets and provide actionable insights.
(Energy sector experience advantageous but not essential).
A proactive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
